What is A Natural Face-Lift Massage?
The Natural Face-Lift Massage is a special combination of massage techniques drawn from both the Japanese style, Anma, and Ayurveda, the ancient Indian healing method, while also incorporating specific Acupressure and Facial Reflexology points. This special technique tones and strengthens the facial muscles helping to prevent skin sagging and fine lines.
People tend to get locked in one habitual facial expression which means many of our 90 facial muscles are not being exercised. These tight muscles put pressure on the capillaries and veins, leading to sluggish circulation and eventually loss of tone and elasticity. The tiny movements of this massage release stresses and traumas locked deeply into the muscles and energy of the face, head and neck by bringing blood back to the surface which in turn improves your complexion, removes toxins from the face, strengthens and tones the muscles and helps to prevent skin sagging and fine lines.
